  2. Can I Modify My Order? After placing an order, requested orders and selected quantities cannot be modified. In such cases, we recommend contacting us to cancel the incorrect order.

  3. Can I Change the Delivery Address After the Package has been Dispatched? Unfortunately, once the product is in transit, we cannot change the shipment.

If you receive a package that is not the item(s) you ordered, please contact us immediately and provide the following information: Photos of the item(s) received and the delivery note (ensure detailed information is visible) Please provide clear images of the ordered item(s), and we will do our best to assist you further. If the goods are damaged, please email our customer service at abstractking@bestdesiccant.com within 48 hours of receipt. Our customer service will respond to your email within 24 hours.
