On the production side, Ensobo's 10,000㎡ factory has achieved green manufacturing throughout the entire process. Through the transformation of closed-loop reactors and the waste gas recovery system, VOCs capture efficiency has increased to 95%, far exceeding the industry average of 90%. After adopting solar-assisted drying technology, energy consumption per unit output value decreased by 42% compared to 2020, achieving the 2025 carbon emission reduction target ahead of schedule. This environmental investment has translated into market competitiveness—in 2024, its sales of environmentally friendly desiccants increased by 47% year-on-year, and its penetration rate in the food and pharmaceutical fields increased to 35%. The transformation of a traditional Chinese medicine company in Hangzhou is quite representative. Previously, due to the use of desiccants containing DMF, the company's angelica exported to Europe was detained three times in a row. After switching to Ensobo's food-grade calcium chloride desiccant, it not only passed the DMF-free test, but also reduced the mold rate of the medicinal materials from 12% to 0.3% due to its moisture absorption stability. "Environmental certification is not a cost, but a passport," said the company's purchasing manager, echoing the sentiments of the industry.
