Shenzhen Ensobo Clay Desiccant Production Process and Competitive Development Research

In the desiccant market, product performance and production process quality directly impact a company's competitiveness. Since its establishment in 2007, Shenzhen Ensobo Desiccant Co., Ltd. has established a significant position in the industry, leveraging its years of experience in desiccant production, R&D, and sales.

Unique Production Process

Ensobo clay desiccant boasts a unique production process. Its montmorillonite desiccant is made from natural montmorillonite ore. High-temperature heating carbonizes the organic matter and expands the montmorillonite ore. The product then undergoes a complex process involving steam treatment, drying, activation, crushing, and screening. This process ensures the product's natural, harmless, and biodegradable properties, making it a green and environmentally friendly desiccant. It contains no additives or corrosive substances, a stark contrast to some desiccants that are chemically synthesized or contain harmful ingredients.

Patented Packaging System

Ensobo boasts a patented packaging design. For example, its widely used container desiccant includes drying sticks (long, multi-capsule strips) designed specifically for shipping containers and drying bags (drying packs) that fit inside cartons or pallets. The packaging is made from Tyvek, a one-way absorbent paper from the United States. This paper absorbs moisture while retaining it, preventing leakage. The unique raw material formula transforms absorbed moisture into a gel-like state, significantly reducing the drawbacks of conventional desiccants, such as leakage and reverse osmosis, and preventing damage to goods. Furthermore, this packaging design comprehensively absorbs moisture from both the air and the goods, achieving a moisture absorption rate exceeding 150% of its own weight—over 10 times the effectiveness of conventional desiccants. It also maintains moisture absorption for 60 days, creating a long-lasting dry environment for goods. For desiccants specifically designed for the tobacco industry, the packaging bag's composite film consists of four layers: from the inside out, a breathable film, DuPont paper, a breathable film, and non-woven fabric. The desiccant powder is a mixture of calcium chloride and tapioca flour. This four-layer, breathable, impermeable composite film not only provides excellent leak-proof properties but also makes the desiccant non-toxic, odorless, environmentally friendly, and recyclable, effectively enhancing the product's stability after moisture absorption.

Development Strategies in the Face of Competition

Ensobo continues to thrive in the market thanks to its unique production process and patented packaging. On the one hand, the product range is rich, with various specifications ranging from 1 gram to 1400 grams, meeting the application needs of different customers in different scenarios, and can also design special products according to customer needs. On the other hand, the product has passed EU REACH and DMF testing, meeting the export requirements of various countries, and is environmentally friendly food grade. It can be completely degraded after use, which is in line with the global demand for environmentally friendly products. In addition, Ensobo is widely used in many fields such as soft furniture, wood products, weaving products, leather goods, food, machinery, glass, and electronic products, and has accumulated a good reputation, further consolidating its market position and maintaining its leading position in the desiccant industry.
